Delivery of paper mail in Canada is disrupted (stopped or substantially delayed) because of a national labour interruption with Canada Post. At this time, we strongly recommend applicants do not mail their official transcripts or official academic documents until mail services are back to normal.
Official transcripts
Transcripts that come directly from the school, college, or university through a verifiable source are accepted as official for admission and transfer credit evaluation. Ask your school, college, or university, to directly send us your transcript by:
- MyCreds or ApplyAlberta if your school is a MyCreds or ApplyAlberta affiliate;
- email from your school’s office to admissions@bowvalleycollege.ca; or
- courier (like FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to Bow Valley College, Office of the Registrar, 345 6 Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, T2G 4V1.
Alternatively, if you pick-up a transcript in a sealed envelope from your school, you can bring it directly to the Bow Valley College Office of the Registrar, on the ground floor of the South Campus building, 345 6 Avenue SE in Calgary. Do not open or tamper with the school’s sealed envelope.
Unofficial transcripts
Unofficial transcripts are accepted from the student by email (admissions@bowvalleycollege.ca), fax (403-297-4887), courier, or drop-off. Unofficial transcripts may not be accepted for final admission or transfer credit.
