For this program, emerging leaders will each partner with a mentee enrolled within the Financial Services Diploma Major at the Bow Valley College. Each mentor and mentee will work together to customize a six month journey where mentees can learn about the various growth opportunities available at one of Canada’s largest Financial Institutions – Scotia Bank.
