7 Cups is an online peer support service for BVC students. 7 Cups offers a text-based peer support community, which has over 340,000 trained volunteers that provide empathic listening.
7 cups also has community forums that provide a supportive and understanding experience for people who are struggling with concerns like anxiety, depression, relationships issues, addiction and many more. It is available in over 189 countries and 140 different languages.
