It's important to stay vigilant and make sure you're only responding to legitimate requests from the Bow Valley College Office of the Registrar.
Each employee in the Office of the Registrar has a college phone number that leads to their office, desk, or mobile phone. If you receive a phone call, voicemail, or text message claiming to be from the Office of the Registrar and want to verify its authenticity, phone our call centre at 403-476-2214 and we can connect you with the employee in our office who contacted you.
Did you get a text message?
The Office of the Registrar uses the phone numbers 587-200-5680 and 855-334-6176 to send text messages to students about overdue tuition, course registration, and incomplete applications. We will always indicate it is Bow Valley College in these messages and provide a phone number you can call us back at for help.
These numbers are for outgoing text messages only. We don't provide support by text message yet but we're working towards it!
