Alberta Student Aid Loan Applicants
If you receive a student loan, the approved funds will be sent directly to you. It's your responsibility to keep track of the tuition and fees owed to the college and ensure they are paid according to the college’s payment schedule.

Loan Agreements
Be sure to sign both of your loan agreements (there will be two).

Married/Common-Law Applicants
If you are applying as a married or common-law student, you must return the spousal consent and declaration before receiving your funds.

You can meet with a Financial Aid Advisor for assistance with student loans and grants. If you need help booking an appointment or if you have questions, you can email financialaid@bowvalleycollege.ca or call 587-390-6260 to set up an appointment (phone, video, and in-person options available).

 

Student Loans and Grants 

If you’re a full-time or part-time domestic student taking a post-secondary career certificate or diploma program, you may be eligible for government loans and grants. For information and to apply, go to studentaid.alberta.ca.
