Mr. Dave Collyer Extends Term As Chair Of The Board Of Governors
Mr. Collyer has been Chair of the Board of Governors since 2014. He has contributed significantly to the growth and expansion of Bow Valley College and has been instrumental in the development of our Open Doors - Open Minds strategy. The Ministry of Advanced Education is extending Mr. Collyer’s term while the College goes through a key period of transition in the search for a President and CEO.
Mr. Collyer’s experience in the Canadian energy sector is highly regarded, with a focus on strategic and operational leadership. He was President and CEO of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) from September 2008 until December 2014. Before that, Mr. Collyer was President and Country Chair for Shell in Canada. He currently serves on several public sector and corporate boards.
