The Welcome Centre Call Centre is open Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

We are working hard to provide most services during the COVID-19 disruption. The Welcome Centre is operating remotely and is not offering in-person service at this time. We are operating a live call centre and are returning voicemails and emails daily.
