Here's what you need to do next…
Follow the instructions in your offer of admission letter to accept your seat and pay your non-refundable confirmation deposit.
If you’re a Canadian resident/citizen, pay your confirmation deposit through MyBVC.ca to accept your offer. If you need help accepting your offer, paying your deposit, or need more time, replying to your admissions email or call us at 403-476-2214.
If you’re an international applicant, accept your offer and pay your confirmation deposit through the VAS admissions portal. If you are having problems, send us a chat message through VAS or call us at 403-476-2214.
If you don't accept your offer and pay your deposit by the deadline shown on your admission letter, your offer will expire.
Your MyBVC.ca account is used to register in courses, access your class schedule, attend class, and to access your student email! Check out these resources:

If you need help with your technology, contact the IT Service Desk by phone (403-410-1611), email (servicedesk@bowvalleycollege.ca), or in-person at the North Campus 3rd floor.
Students who are not residents or citizens of Canada may need a study permit (visa) to attend school in Canada. Students should apply for immigration to Canada as early as possible, as decisions can take several weeks or months.

Bow Valley College encourages students to consult a qualified immigration lawyer or consultant with any questions they have about studying in Canada. The College does not provide legal or immigration advice.
Academic Advising helps students create their academic plan from day one through to graduation. They can show you how to register in classes, understand your rights and responsibilities, and connect you with important academic services. To book an appointment with an advisor, visit bowvalleycollege.ca/advising.
Most students can self-register in classes through MyBVC.ca. For help choosing your classes or planning your program, visit bowvalleycollege.ca/advising.
Some programs, like the Practical Nurse Diploma, Health Care Aide Certificate, and Centre for Entertainment Arts programs, are automatically registered by the college. You can still meet with an academic advisor but you may not need to self-register in courses.

Tuition is due the day before classes begin.
If you were offered “conditional admission,” you must meet the conditions in your admission letter to remain enrolled at Bow Valley College. For example…
- If you are an international student, you must apply for, receive, and share with Bow Valley College your Canadian study permit by the deadline in your acceptance package.
- If you are finishing high school classes, you must complete those classes with the grades required and make sure the transcripts reach the Admissions Office by the deadline on your letter.
- If you are taking classes at Bow Valley College, you must complete them with the required grade and by the date set out in your admission letter.
